Shipping

We offer the following shipping services from USPS:

  • First-Class Mail
  • Priority Mail

We will usually ship your order within 24 hours after receiving your order and upon approval of payment. The actual transit time will depend on the shipping method selected. For Ground Shipping, it will be between 3-7 days. For USPS Priority Mail, it will be 2-4 days, depending on destination.

Shipping charge is based on how much your order weighs and what shipping method you choose. Shipping cost starts at:
-Ground Shipping: $3.95 (flat rate for the entire order)
-USPS Priority Mail: $5.95 (flat rate for the entire order)

We offer Free Shipping(via Ground) for orders over $50.

Thus, the actual arrival time of your package will be one business day plus the transit time. A business day is any day between Monday through Friday. If you place your order on Monday, it will be shipped on Tuesday. If your order is placed on Friday, it will be shipped on the following Monday.

Returns

What happens if the products arrive damaged?
Contact us by e-mail (support@24hourbatteries.com) to tell us the problem. Refer to our Return Policy below for more information.

What happens if you send the wrong products?
If you receive the wrong product, contact us by email (support@24hourbatteries.com). Once we verify the mistake, we will issue a return authorization for you to return the products to us, and then a new replacement order will be ship free of charge.

Can I send a product to someone as a gift?
Yes. Just put their address in the Ship-To address section and the product will be shipped to them.

Can I have products from one order sent to two different locations?
We currently do not support this feature. There is only one Ship-To address for each order. Please place a different order for each different location.

Can I return products to you?
Yes, you can return your order to us within 15 days after you receive it. The returned products must be in original new sealed condition. All products must be returned before breaking the factory-sealed carton. We will refund the full purchase price, less the shipping charges paid by you. Return the products to the shipping address provided in your original package(s).

Before you sent us the return products, you must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number from us. Contact us by email to receive this number. (Please insure the shipment, because we cannot issue you a refund unless we receive your return shipment. Therefore, if they are lost in transit, we will not be able to issue a refund unless it is insured.)

Will the return shipping charge be reimbursed?
The return shipping charge will be reimbursed only when the product is defective or is wrongly shipped by our company.
